TELUS Ocean is a 10-storey, $150M mixed-use development in downtown Victoria. We provided caisson foundation design, temporary shoring, and full materials testing. Our coordinated approach ensured safe, efficient excavation and protection of nearby structures. Expertise in high-capacity caisson and earth-retention systems allowed work to proceed on schedule despite complex subsurface conditions, including historic structures. Close collaboration with the contractor enabled real-time adjustments, keeping the project within budget and tolerances.
