Lellum & PEXSISEṈ Schools

The development of PEXSISEṈ Elementary and Centre Mountain Lellum Middle School, both located in School District 62 in Langford, involved substantial blasting, fill placement, and stabilization of sloping terrain. We stabilized rock cut slopes with rock bolts, shotcrete, and concrete buttresses, and installed rockfall drapery mesh. Retaining walls used mechanically stabilized earth systems with Redi-Rock blocks, saving foundation costs. We also supervised fill placement, foundation inspections, and provided ongoing geotechnical support during construction.
