Hudson Place One stands as the tallest residential building in Victoria, BC, redefining the city skyline with its 25-storey silhouette. As part of the project’s extensive construction process, our materials testing services supported the structural integrity and performance of this high-rise building.
Our scope of work included structural concrete testing to ensure strength and durability, density testing to confirm compaction and support of fill materials, and post-tension slab tension measurements to verify proper stressing of key structural elements. Our testing protocols helped confirm compliance with engineering specifications and building code requirements, supporting the safe and timely completion of this complex build.
