For this comprehensive prepurchase assessment for a waterfront property with complex terrain and steep rock slopes, our work included evaluating slope stability conditions, providing guidance on geotechnical setbacks, and assessing the suitability of the site for future development.

Following the initial assessment, our scope expanded to include design recommendations for rock slope stabilization using rock dowelling, as well as engineered fill placement to support safe site grading. Our team’s input was instrumental in identifying risks and developing practical solutions tailored to the unique challenges of the waterfront setting.
